Test Your Indelible Memorabilia

Every Indelible Shop product is signed or marked with Indelible ink that contains an invisible molecular signature that is unique to that item and impossible to fake. 

Every item we sell comes with a testing kit to prove that what you own is the real thing. Here’s how to use it.

1. Get your testing kit

Your item is shipped with a small testing kit inside the box.
If you’ve misplaced it, or if you want to test an item bought on resale or gifted, you can [order a replacement kit here].

2. Collect a tiny sample

Inside the kit you’ll find a sterile swab and a short instruction card.
Simply swab the area marked with the Indelible Ink then seal the swab in the tube provided. For our Signature range the ink will be the signature on the product. For our Marked range it will be the Indelible branded stamp on the product.

3. Register your test

Use our online form to register your test, being sure to match the unique ID number with your test kit so we can match your test when we receive it.

4. Send it to the lab

Use the prepaid envelope to mail your sample to our accredited verification lab.
Your test is logged and matched to our secure data registry, confirming your item’s authenticity.

5. Get your result

You’ll receive your verification report by email, usually within a few days. The report will confirm the pen used with the relevant brand and date of signing if relevant.
Your item’s authenticity is now confirmed and permanently recorded in our system.
You’ll also receive a digital certificate you can share or store for resale or insurance.
